- Please carry your yoga mat, water and a napkin.
- Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Track pants and t-shirts / gym wear is ideal.
- Arrive for class 10-15 minutes early, allowing enough time to sign in and set up your practice space. We start the class at sharp 7:30 am.
- Yoga practice is best on an empty stomach, do not eat 2-3 hours before class. If you absolutely must, have a small glass of milk or a small banana 45-60 minutes before the morning class.
- Do not leave during savasana (final relaxation).
